Delivery & Returns

Rare Birds Marketplace is a collection of independent sellers and all orders are shipped directly by the seller.

How the order works?

Once you’ve placed an order with Rare Birds Marketplace, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. You will then receive a 'fulfilled' email when the seller has shipped the product, along with a tracking code. 

Delivery times vary based on the seller but once the item is fulfilled it will usually take 2 working days to arrive if it has been sent domestically. Items shipped to Europe normally take 3-7 working days from when they are sent, and items sent outside of Europe are usually at 7-10 working days. Most items are dispatched within 3 working days. 

Please note that shipping costs vary based on the seller. Postage costs should be listed on the product page and will be added to your order at check out.

Please message the seller directly to discuss international postage if it is not listed on the product page. International fees such as customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 


Returning a Product 

If you would like to return a product then you can message the seller via the order page. Please note that each seller has their own return/ exchange policy and will action your return or exchange accordingly.

If you are returning items then we strongly advise that you send any packages back with a signed for or tracked courier service. This way you have proof should a returned package be lost and we are better equipped to assist you and resolve the matter. Also please be aware that some made to order items may be non refundable so please check with the seller.
